点评:A phenomenal dinner last night at Infini, which I would rate as a Michelin Star (or two) experience.
From the amuse bouche to the final two desserts, the meal was expertly crafted and served, all in plain sight based on an open kitchen design! Favorites included a kingfish tartare with green mango, keffir and malanga; seared tuna with squash and a peri peri sauce; and, a perfectly seared duck loin with white asparagus, tamarind, red cabbage, and parsnip. The final dessert was a beautiful arrangement of miso cream, quenelle of apple and Buddha Hands.
There was an “intermission” after 6 dishes, which had all the patrons go outside and take a white chocolate shot off the tops of our hands! A wonderful moment!
The wine pairing is an excellent option. Really nice wines from France, Germany, and Spain. I highly recommend this dining experience!
