Family’s avoid! Not family friendly! More of a lads holiday location

点评：Where to begin.. we booked this through love holidays, we was sold a family
Friendly hotel this was a complete lie!
Before we arrived I emailed and asked for a travel cot for the baby, when we arrived and checked in at reception I asked about the cot and was told if it’s not in the room just to call reception and the bell boy will bring one, I called and was told there don’t supply cots to guests. Then when we get to the room there is cockroaches on the balcony, the balcony is looking into someone’s flat even though we was supposed to have a garden view. The pool was not safe for children, the pool was tiny, no life guard, no safety around the pool. The staff didn’t really talk just looked at us weird and then would smile at our son. No activities on in the hotel advertised, the bar was smaller than a mini bar in a hotel room. The food I couldn’t tell if what I was eating was chicken or fish. We didn’t even last 4 hours in the place before we checked out and moved hotels. This is not a family friendly hotel it’s a hotel to get smashed at that’s about it!
