No table service. We came sit asked for dining I guess she said we need to order at the front and pay now. (Which my friend who was with us went there previously and it was never like that)
My friend still ask can we pay when we’re finished because maybe we’d like to add more.
She said no, and mumbled something after. I got up and paid then went back to my seat.
Also, the tables are crowded in there!
Great idea but space needs clearing up!
Dirty table! There was sugar grains all over my placemat. I went to ask for a napkin to wipe the table. Like it’s ok things happen. But I was annoyed they’re sticking on my forearm.
The girl was giving attitude like “I wiped the table already!” I said I’m sure there’s stuff on the table. I’d like a napkin to wipe the table. She gave me two with attitude.
When she brought the toast like 15 mins after she asked this what you talking about and take up what I scooped up.
After we waited approximately 10 - 20 mins for food after she just left the toast here.
I must say this is not how you serve food to a group of people you serve all at once. Were we supposed to stare at the toast until everything else comes by?
Finally we got our food. Not the best presentation. Taste was ok…
We had to ask for my moms coffee
When she received it she ask me to ask for some milk as wasn’t to her liking (it was too bitter)
When I went asking same girl screwing up her face asking, “is for the fresh brew?” I said yes and walked away. (We, as customer have the right to adjust and ask if something is not to our likeliness)
It’s not something you get offended for!!
We somewhat ate and left quickly. Didn’t even care to look at the desserts or additional drinks which we had planned to purchase because we ended up going somewhere else.
This young lady at the front, idk who she is to this business, but this is not the manner you carry out at a business. If she’s not willing to improve her attitude and customer service, this is not the job for her. We were not begging to be there. I’ve been to a lot of places that I could have simply revisit. But instead we came to support this local shop.
Invest in a customer service training for employees. The manner in which you serve and address customers.
On people asking how was my experience when I posted a pic on social media, they also had negative feedback on this person. So I’m sure you know who I’m talking about.
Very wack service. Improve on your service, food quality and atmosphere. Business will definitely improve for your shop!
