点评：Very unique menu program.
They are open in the early morning and "breakfast ramen" is available.
Breakfast ramen menu = 07:00-10:00 (Not everyday)
Regular ramen = after 11:00
Breakfast is either Soy sauce or Miso.
You can select the spicy level.
If I am not mistaken, the spiciest level is way too spicy and it costs JPY500 extra.
You have to buy a ticket first from a machine.
The machine accepts JPY1,000 notes only. No worries, they can exchange it if you have only 10,000 notes.
I chose Tsunagi Special Miso (JPY1,200 yen), which has every topping. It is the most popular menu.
Miso flavor is very rich and creamy. I enjoyed it.
For noodle-slurpers, they have disposable aprons too ! I used it :D
Recently there are so many Tonkotsu Ramen restaurants but if you want to try Miso flavor, you can try Tsunagi.
It is walking distance from Ebisu JR station.
