点评:We had dinner with friends at The Beef Master Ginza Store and were thoroughly impressed by the experience. We went for the Kotobuki course (13,000 yen) and also added the all-you-can-drink option for 2,000 yen. For the quality and overall experience, the price felt more than fair.
What stood out immediately was the attention to detail. All the beef was sourced from Kagoshima, vacuum-sealed and only opened upon ordering — a level of freshness you can really taste. Each cut was grilled at the table, and many were rare or less common parts of the cow, which made the meal feel special and educational at the same time.
The course itself was well-paced. I especially loved the first dish — a seafood and wagyu yukhoe with jelly. It was delicate and flavorful, a great start to the meal. After enjoying several rounds of perfectly grilled beef, the cold noodles served near the end were incredibly refreshing, and helped cleanse the palate. Finally, dessert was ice cream — not too much, but rich and creamy, the perfect finish.
The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Even for non-Japanese speakers, it was easy to navigate the experience.
If you’re visiting Tokyo and want to enjoy high-quality wagyu in a stylish but welcoming setting, this is an excellent choice. We’ll definitely return!
