Tambdi Surla Waterfall的点评
点评：The most amazing experience I have ever had for a waterfall! My friends and I originally wanted to go see the Dudhsagar falls but the hotel recommended to go to Surla instead and boy am I glad we did. Instead of paying for the mandatory jeep to go see Dudhsagar, we rented scooters and made the trek ourselves (2.5 hours from Calangute and one can also go by car) to the destination.
Upon arriving we were fortunate to run into students who were also going to lead us the way - if they weren't there we would have stopped at the small waterfall upstream thinking that was it vs going to the end to see the big one. Be warned that the hike requires some athleticism / endurance but isn't impossible (say about 20-25 mins each way)
We went during dry season so there was barely any water going down but because there wasnt water, you are able to stand over the falls from the top where water is normally rushing down.
Overall it is a breathtaking view and highly recommend going to this hidden gem
