A total scam!

点评：The lake is beautiful, of course.
Unfortunately, the hotel is run as a scam. The photos online are nothing like their actual rooms. While I reserved a room with a lake view, I was given the key to a strange, cold room in the basement under a parking lot with no wifi and narrow beds, like a dorm room.
I was then asked to pay an additional 159 euro to change rooms. By then, it was the middle of the night.
Finally, the staff gave me keys to a better room -- in which a couple was sleeping, and they were of course surprised to see someone enter with a key!
The staff told me to return later, after that family checked out.
When I returned a few hours later, they were still occupying the room...
It was just one ridiculous mistake after another.
At long last, I was able to transfer to the original room I had booked -- after paying twice and being treated quite meanly and aggressively by staff.
I was promised a refund because of this horrible experience, but my payment still has not been returned, and the staff does not respond to emails.
It's really a pity, because the area is picturesque and the newer buildings are elegant. In the evening, you can see deer grazing at the water.
