点评：Seriously disappointed with this restaurant. I have already dealt with the manager Foster at this location but not happy with the lack of empathy,explanation, or professionalism regarding my issue in dealing with the Owner. I have sent a lengthy email only to be ignored... We ordered a series of enchiladas on Sept 3rd for takeout to eat on a local boat cruise. I have made arrangements to pick up the food bringing along an insulated container to put the takeout in, with the intention to eat the takeout meal within a half an hour. Upon opening the enchiladas in the scheduled time frame from the insulated bag-sealed paper bag-take-out containers. STONE COLD, unappetizing.. and quantity definitely not the 9 ordered or simply shriveled to nothing from tbe cold??.. but I was in a situation to feed a series of friends regardless... 5 out of the 7 people were Vomiting and Diarrhea within hours of ingestion. By process of elimination of what people put on their plates Enchiladas were the comman denominator.. Most were down and out for a couple of days.. One lost 10 lbs in 2 days..
I did call the local Manager and was offered my Money back... but Seriously throwing back the Cost is not Restitution for what we have Endured.. Super Upsetting and Embarrassing for me.. I have now taken time to read previous reviews... Wow. Seems to be an issue with pleasing clientele ... or you simply do not care.
