Well-kept property in a great location... Nothing's more.
Nirvana Club Village的点评
点评：This is a beautiful property with solid infrastructure on beach front.The resort is well-maintained, the rooms are clean and the beach is really breathtaking with crystal clear water. They even have a little boutique where you can find your basic vacation needs such as flipflop, toiletries, clothes or beach toys at reasonable price.
Unfortunately, those are not enough reason for me to come back here for our next vacation. From what I observed the staff were trying their best to attend the clients needs despite lack of the management. I have seen the management team yell at their staff as if the clients were not there. Furthermore, the impression I had was that the management apparently did not interact in a hospitable manner with the clients either. Lack of communication skill and heartfelt engagement.
The buffet served almost the same food every day for kids, after 3 days our toddler just refused to eat his meal. We did notified this to the management, they said they'd change it but the next days everything remained the same.
On another point, the entertainment that wasn't entertaining enough, especially the monotonous baby dance.
We traveled as group of 4 families, we're hoping to just chill in the one and only bar later on the evening once the kid asleep but instead, we were left in the dark bar with nothing to order as the staff closed the bar by midnight. When addressed this issue to the bartender, I learned that the staff are not authorised to extend the service even though we were willing to spend.
It's a shame and I'd wish I can ignore those minus aspects so I could come back in next years, but as a former hotelier and someone who travel enough in and out of Italy, I regret to see the gap that could be filled to attract clients me, the one that just expect the ordinary hospitality. The property is marketed as 3 stars and if you're looking for beautiful beach and clean resort nothing more, then this resort is for you.
