点评:We had dinner at this place twice. My kids liked gyoza so much that it was hard to refuse them, especially since I am crazy about sushi. This is not the best sushi place in Malte - not by far! - but is decent and you get a good quality sushi, provided you choose wisely!
Most of their uramaki's are just "too busy" - too much fusion, and very little traditional Japanese tradition. I guess that's because tourists may prefer it that way, and it's really difficult to make simple sushi really really good; it's so much easier to stuff it with ingredients that don't really belong.
However, their nigiri is nice, albeit a tad too small, so you may need to order more than you normally would.
And finally, their hosomaki, which I didn't find on the menu, but got as a compliment from their sushi-chef, was really, really good! Too bad they don't have it on the menu.
Still, I can't honestly give this place a 5, because this would put this place on-par with real 5* sushi places I visited, and that would not be fair.
