点评:The northwest of Donoussa hardly gets visited, although the official trail No 5 takes one out to the thin, long peninsula called 'Aspros Kavos' (White Cape). Just before is a beach with the name 'Limni' (lake), since it is protected by two natural piers in front. It took us one hour to get here from Stavros and then it is another 20 minutes out to the cape. Back one has to go the same way.
Nobody lives around here and it is quite a wilderness. My wife and me enjoyed the scenery, but we didn't go for a swim at Limni, since the sea was rough and the approach into the water with some quite big rocks didn't look that easy. Besides the rocks there are pebbles and just small patches of sand.
With a calm sea it can be enjoyable to come here and escape the crowds. Most probably one will be alone. Thus more important to take along drinking water than bathing clothes. It could also be a good spot to go snorkeling. As at so many beaches on Donoussa there is no shade.
