This place is an utter disappointment. They did not honour my brother in law's booking, which was made months in advance, for their honeymoon after their wedding ceremony. We even called two weeks prior to their check in date to confirm the reservation. Upon arriving, we were told they cancelled their booking without notice, so that the owner of the hotel could book out the rooms for his friends and government associates to host a party.
This was not only disappointing, but utterly embarrassing, as the bride and groom were in their wedding outfits ready to check in and finally relax after a long day of wedding rituals and ceremonies.
No compassion was shown at all by anyone during the ordeal. Do not stay here. Spend the extra money and stay at a hotel in denarau or nadi where they will treat you with respect and dignity and not kick you to the curb.
To the owner of the hotel who hosted his party with his associates and government friends: I hope you and your guests feel a sense of joy and pride knowing that YOU ruined the honeymoon night of a newlywed couple who were looking forward to their stay.
