The Coffee Club Orion的点评
点评：All I can say is that this Coffee Club seems to have poorly trained staff. We went for lunch with our 2 grandchildren. Ordered pancakes and a hashbrown for the children and ham &cheese croissants for myself and my husband. The croissants arrived and we were waiting for the pancakes which did not arrive. I spoke to a wait person after about 20 minutes who checked on this and our order had not been sent through to the kitchen. They then said they would make them right away but 15 minutes went by and other meals were seen coming out. When they did arrive there was no cutlery. This has happened previously with the childrens pancakes at this cafe. The wait person had put 2sets of cutlery and napkins on our table immediately after sending our order to the kitchen via there computer method. After the delay I am now thinking she did not put our whole order through or was even aware of this otherwise I feel she would have bought the rest of the cutlery. At no time did any wait person check with us as to having received all our order. The children were very patient but were also very hungry and later commented that the pancakes were not nice. They looked half cooked when bought to the table. I spoke to the barista about this lack of service and she was empathetic. We all decided McDonalds would have been a better experience even though we arent regular customers at McDonalds. We will not be dining there again as the cafe is also looking very unclean and there was dried up food left stuck to the edge of the table. Very very disappointing.
