点评： Last Saturday morning I called and made a booking for a table for 12 people for 12.30pm. It was for a family get together. When we arrived, I was told that we didn’t have a booking. The staff did manage to fit us in after a bit of shuffling some customers around. We placed our order, and when the last two of our group arrived, they placed their order. The coffee arrived first, coffee was not correct and had to be sent back. Some meals came out. We waited for the rest of the meals to arrive but after 50 minutes, the rest of the group had finished their meals and our two meals still did not arrive. My husband went to see what was going on and was told the meals were on the way…50 minutes after ordering. When the meal finally arrived, the order was incorrect. My husband was told by the “chef” that the mistake was not his fault. When the correct meal finally arrived the chips were stone cold. Overall a very disappointing experience. We will never eat at your shop again. When sharing our experience with others they also have only less favourable things to say about Coffee Club Orion. I guess there are plenty of other nice places to have a get together at Orion, and we won’t be back.
