点评：On Saturday 25/6/2022 we attended the Ruse Brassiere at Parramatta to celebrate our son and our granddaughter’s birthday with group of 8 of us. Unfortunately when we booked the table for 8, we were not advised of the surcharge of 8% because we had the audacity to bring more than 6 people to their venue. I would think that the more patrons you bring the more money you make, but obviously not. So we paid a surcharge of $71 on our meals including the 8% on $250 worth of wine. Our waiter was absolutely excellent, and although I vowed I wouldn’t tip because of the surcharge, ( I figured a $71 surcharge was a good enough tip), I did personally tip the waiter, because he actually apologised that there was a surcharge, and he served us very well and had a great attitude. The food was excellent, although very small. I will never return there, even with a smaller group because of our experience on the night, nor will I patronise any venue that surcharges because I bring them too many customers.
