Agriturismo Madonna di Piana的点评
点评：After reading some good reviews of Madonna di Piano (mostly regarding the restaurant), we called and reserved 3 nights for a weekend visit to the Monti Sibilini. About an hour before arriving (it was a 3.5 hour drive for us), my husband called to alert them we were close to arriving. To our shock he was told, “what? We are closed!” We couldn’t believe it. The woman said they were closed she had Covid and when we gave our name, yes she remembered there was a reservation with that name but they couldn’t call because they couldn’t find our number. What type of a BnB/Hotel does not keep record of phone numbers? We were in a downpour on a mountain road and we were left with the task of trying to find signal for our phones to begin calling another place for a room!
We couldn’t have been luckier that we found a lovely place but for only two nights. The owner of this structure did what Madonna di Piano SHOULD HAVE DONE. While we were driving to them they already called other BnB’s (this zone is small, they all know each-other) and he made us a reservation in another lovely structure. We were glad we found these other reputable places but weren’t thrilled to need to move hotels with only a short 3 night stay.
I wrote five star reviews for the other wonderful, professional locations in Amandola and would recommend them. This place absolutely not!
