I had the pleasure of assisting my Brother plan his Proposal. We had a venue in mind and we made reservations 2 weeks in advance. Upon visiting that venue 4 days before the Proposal we encountered some problems with the reservation. We were immediately frustrated and disappointed, however we moved on and started planning that said day with another amazing venue. But this was just a venue we had to arrange props, Photographer etc. Anyways we said we will arrange, bearing in mind we had 4 days. We were down to the Tuesday and the Proposal was booked for the Thursday. Issues arise with the Props. This was even more devastating. GO West Trinidad and Tobago Yacht was contacted 9pm Tuesday night seeking HELP at this point. Leanna picked up after the 2nd Ring and our entire situation went from 0 to 100 in a few seconds. She was Super Friendly, Informative and most of all Accommodating. She gave us multiple options and all options included a Full Package of Photographer, Signage, Food and Drinks. Everything was covered with Go West. Within half hour we decided on a package and everything was in place. I was flabbergasted. I never knew service like this existing in Trinidad and Tobago but trust me it was Top Tier. Upon arrival on Thursday, and we arrived super early to hide out as this was a suprise. Leanna and the Photographer was already there ready and waiting. Signage came in and the Setup was simply amazing. Leanna made sure our vehicles were safe and hide away and we await the arrival. Although she was busy with the couple she still managed to watsapp me keeping me posted along the way. A Beautiful photo shoot was done prior to the Proposal itself as a distraction. My brother then left and placed himself while Leanna distracted his Finacee. As she approached the area it was so Magical. The Ambiance was 10/10, Signage 10/10, Photographer was super friendly and the quality of work is impeccable. He never made it seem like time was an issue and he was able to capture every moment possible, 10/10. The entire experience from start to finish was smooth sailing and I will not hesitate to recommend Go West and everyone who made this a moment of a lifetime. Keep up the amazing work you all do to make the most Perfect moments. It's really nice what you all are doing. Job well done.
