点评:My partner and I travelled from Bangor by taxi and arrived promptly at Harbour and Co for our 7.30pm booking. On arrival we were informed by a stony faced member of staff that there had been a ‘mishap’ and we could not dine. No further explanation was provided. Indeed, we were not even offered an apology. It was all very cold and matter of fact. We could see that the kitchen was still active and food was coming out of the kitchen, adding further to our confusion. Thankfully, the Jamaica Inn were able to take us at 8pm. However, Harbour and Co ended up costung us an additional £50 for taxi travel to and from Bangor. We could have walked to the Jamaica Inn from our home and this would have been a much more affordable night all round. Customer service should be at the heart of everything you do at Harbour and Co! A phone call 20 minutes prior to our booking would have saved your customers a lot of time, hassle and money! We won’t be back!
