点评：Il Sushi Bar is no more and it has been replaced with the rather lovely Kalamata Greek restaurant which served up some authentic Greek food when I visited in June.
The menu is quite big so best to order a few dishes and then order some more to share if you are still hungry. Started with a glass of Greek restina wine and the courgette and spinach croquettas which were delicious.
An order of Spanakopita followed , light filo pastry with feta and spinach filling and a plate of Loukaniko which was spicy sausage with tzatziki and some vegetables. Both were very good, the sausage especially so , it was just the right amount of spicy and not overpowering complimented by the vegetables.
Decided to share a pork gyro which was a good idea as it was plenty big for 2, lots of meat, chips , salad and more tzatziki. Wine was reasonable so ordered a bottle of red to accompany the meal which was €15.
Service was excellent for a newly opened restaurant, very impressive. Plates were cleared promptly and most things came out pretty fast as did the bill when it was requested. The quality of the food was very good as was the presentation.
Total came to €59.85 for the red wine, 2 restina , 2 small bottles of water and all of the food so very reasonable indeed. Do order by numbers which makes it easy on the wait staff and enjoy some delicious Greek cuisine while in Mojácar .
