It feels like coming home at Vagia Mare
Vagia Mare Hotel的点评
点评：In juli 2025 we had our fourth stay at this hotel, and even though it was 6 years since our last stay, they still remember us and make us feel welcome back when we arrive. It is very nice to see the next generation in the family working there; they keep up the good tradition of excellent hospitality and service.
The hotel is so ingenious built with the quality and functionality in focus down to every detail. This makes the hotel look so nice and beautiful everywhere, in the rooms, the garden, the pool area and the restaurant. The cleaners do an excellent job, both at the rooms and in the common areas.
We had a 2 floor apartment with nice working AC on both floors. 2 bathrooms where one is with a shower. The kitchen has everything one needs to make its own food. The food in the restaurant is very nice, so you can get everything you need at the hotel. The manager Melanis made breakfast for us, that gave us an excellent start of the day, before going to the beach and trips to see more of this beautiful area at Crete.
We like the beach at Gerani, which is just across the road from the hotel. Gerani is a nice small village with everything you need. But outside the hotel there is a busstopp that makes it easy to go to Platanias and Chania.
The hotel has an excellent atmosphere that gives us the opportunity to just relax and enjoy this amazing place. Thank you ever so much, we will surely be back. 🙏🥰
