Disappointing for a Supposed 5-Star Spa Hotel

The hotel boasts beautiful modern architecture and is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach—definitely a highlight. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
From check-in to check-out, the staff felt cold and impersonal. There was no warmth or recognition during the stay, which is not what you'd expect from a luxury hotel.
The spa, which was a major reason we booked, was underwhelming. It was far too small for the number of guests, and the temperature inside was uncomfortably cold—hardly the relaxing experience you'd hope for. Overall, it felt like an afterthought rather than the centerpiece of a 5-star spa experience.
Additionally, the room’s pillows were clearly past their prime—flat and uncomfortable. Details like this really matter at this level, and unfortunately, they just didn’t deliver.
Would I return? Probably not. This hotel has potential, but it misses the mark in too many key areas.
