Tobago Plantations Beach and Golf Resort的点评
点评：My rating is a one because zero was not an option. We rented a building, was sent pictures and paid $8800 but when we arrived was given a different house. The air conditioning wasn't working, the bathroom by the pool door handle wouldn't work which meant getting stuck in the bathroom until someone from outside opened the door, battery in the remote were dead, TV in the master bedroom had the wrong remote and isnt working, not enough towels (3 towels and 4 hand towels were left for 8 guests) and the pool was dirty. Every time we called the owner, he was not empathetic
of the situation instead his reaction for our inconvenience him. He sent someone to fix the air condition and to drop off additional towels. He said I have 2 TVs downstairs so don't worry about the one upstairs. This trip was an embarrassing for me and my family. I travel all over the world and this was by far the worst. The house at the villa was a gift for my family to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday. We were born in Trinidad but it's our first time in Tobago and what a disappointment.
