点评:A very friendly Sharon works hard to juggle service.
First meal (lunch) of chilli and coconut prawns was tasty. Beer was great.
2nd meal (dinner) was to a backdrop of her partner and friends on the lash (drowning out any hope of conversation) and apologies from Sharon.
Food served - no choice - was the oddest array of vegetables encoutered - deep fried cauliflower, baked beans, some green things, mashed potatoes topped with cheese - all luke warm. This was the worst £40 spent in Tobago - though the £30 on top for cocktails we didn't regret.
I suspect this has been amazing in it's heyday, but it is now tatty round the edges, and in need of new energy and upkeep - loos in particular.
Lastly, 'N' needs a month in hospitality school learning to serve with a smile and effort, rather than huffin and puffing that she has to get off her seat - worst example in Tobago
