Le Grand Courlan Spa Resort的点评
点评：We were moved here after we complained about the building work at the hotel we had booked. This hotel looked like it was once a great place but sadly now it’s tired and needs a lot of work. They seem to be addressing this though and the restaurant was closed while they upgrade it. We were all inclusive so the hotel pay for you to have lunch and dinner at waves restaurant literally a five minute walk from the hotel. The food at waves is incredible. The breakfast is served at the hotel and was not great we didn’t go most days as it’s very Caribbean and not to our palate first thing in the morning. No cereal or toast but the juice, coffee and fruit were fine even though it was a choice of watermelon and sometimes pineapple but nothing else. The pool is nice and was completely underused. We were the only people there most days. The loungers were hard plastic and very uncomfortable but they were happy for us to use the lounger cushions from the bar which is big, comfortable and has been remodelled as ling as we put them back. The umbrellas around the pool, there were three and one blew away as the winds were very strong need some work. The staff I have to say were lovely so friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious and the bathroom and shower were great. We had a lovely sea view. I think with some work this could easily be upgraded to a four star but it really does need a lot more work. Overall we had a lovely quiet week. Which was what we wanted
