点评:My whole trip was genuinely ruined by your attitudes. Do you think we really can’t afford the price of even a tea box? We just want to take it back as for souvenirs. The first day we stayed we were told that all the things in minibar are for free. How could we know the tea packages in the box are complimentary and the broken boxes need to be charged separately? Why didn’t you guys told me earlier after we moved to another room but need to urged us on the days we left and we were rushing to the airports. Is is proper to ask the guest to open the luggage in front of all the other guest and in the lobby? That’s really embarsssing and terrible service. Moreover, the first day when we see the insects and all the unreasonable incidents we just got an “apology” for your team.
After we have changed our room the second day we haven’t been informed that the tea boxes are charged because very normal these tea sets are as complimentary souvenirs for guests. If they have to be costed why your team didn’t tell me to return on the first day and allow us to return them immediately. Also I didn’t see that there is a menu or list for the tea box and for the first day room tour Hannah told us all the stuff in the minibar is for free. This is just so ridiculous. It was so damn hot in the lobby and we were in the rush to the airport to catch the flight but your guest server just asked us to pay or open our luggage to return them immediately. This is so nonsense!!!! Your hotel amenities and facilities and the environment are really great, but it seems to me that everything in your room is really rare for your hotel, the slippers, shower kits and all the things. I don’t mind paying as this is only of a little amount of money, but your hotel’s attitudes to guests is really disappointing and devastating!!!!Crazy
I couldn’t deny the hardware and all the food in your hotels are really outstanding. just want to say that the restaurant and staff at ocean club are really nice! Everyone is super nice! It's just that the regent experience really needs fixing!
