Awful experience - vegetarians, do not eat here!!

The climbing activity was fine but everything else was an awful experience - we waited over an hour for food that was almost inedible, overcooked burgers and cold fries and disgusting toasties. We were not offered any compensation and simply told; we’re busy! Like a half term afternoon where they had several parties booked was a shock to them that they were busy!!
Worst of all - I’m a vegetarian and was told by staff, when I asked, that the halloumi for the burger is cooked in the same oil as the chicken! That burger has a ‘v’ sign next to it on your menu. When I asked to see the manager I was told ‘we’ll speak to the people who make our menus’ about the issue. A disgrace really.
The mini golf was overrun with kids with no adult supervision, cutting in front of us and messing around.
Toilets were dirty and the arcade games are outdated and £1.25 a go!!!
All in all, a terrible, overpriced experience and we’ll never come back nor refer any friends
