点评:We noticed this place when we went out exploring and decided to go for dinner. The place seemed to have lovely views and a good menu. For staters we had lamb samosas which to be honest weren’t that great. The mince was very very ground down and had a weird texture and one part of mine was cold but we ate them and didn’t feel the need to complain over it. Also because the staff were really nice it wasn’t a big issue . The main courses were delicious which made up for them.
However when asking for the bill my father light hearty said everything is beautiful but I do have one complaint. The lady who brought me the bill said one second went to the manger who was eating. He continued to eat shrugged his shoulders, she then came back with the card machine. At the start I thought she was joking but soon realised she wasn’t. I asked well are you going to listen to his complaint she says no ! And stormed off I have never in all my life witnessed behaviour like that before I’m actually shocked. Not only is this extremely unprofessional but very childish to.
Working in the hospitality industry myself one of the most important things is constrictive criticism. You have to take the good along with the bad. The lady was very nice to us when we said everything was lovely but anything else she didn’t want to know. I have never been anywhere that didn’t even want to acknowledge a complaint. This clearly says a lot about this establishment. As I said before very unprofessional behaviour and quite disappointing.
