点评：This hotel is an outright scam. After trying by all means to get a refund for the scam when booking this hotel, I feel compelled to write this review to prevent future guests from falling into this trap.
I booked 2 nights at the hotel from August 18 to 20, in which, at the time of booking, it was stated as "ADULTS ONLY" in the filters and hotel description. To my surprise, after many hours of flying, I found that the hotel resembled a mix between a daycare and an electronic music rave. Moreover, the pool area and sunbeds are not for guests only; anyone paying a fee can access them, which means you have to keep an eye on your belongings and the capacity of the facilities is severely limited by people who aren't even staying at the hotel. Seeing this situation, I decided to speak with the manager and request a refund for my two nights of accommodation and to try to find another hotel to stay in, since this hotel is vastly different from what they offer on Booking in relation to reality. And all of this after many hours of flying to enjoy a few days of vacation. In the end, the manager said they cannot process the refund unless Booking authorizes it. So I contacted customer service, and I still haven't received a response to resolve the situation. In conclusion, I had to book another hotel and write this review so that no one else will be affected in the future and to let them know in advance what they will encounter.
