The Animation Team and Lovely staff made our holiday!

点评：Had a lovely 10 night stay at this hotel, 6 of us over 3 generations ranging from 16 to 65.
Food was good most days, fresh shell fish served everyday. Lots of Tunisian dishes, fresh salads and lovely deserts. Found something to eat every day but we did struggle at breakfast which was hit and miss. If you dont eat eggs then youre in trouble. One thing lacking for an All Inc hotel was the lack of snacks during the daytime. Only one snack bar open for 1 hr in the afternoon (between 4pm and 5pm) at the beach bar which served croissants and pancakes. Every previous hotel ive stayed in had more options throughout the day foodwise especially if you have kids. Had to buy icecream from the shop during day as only available at dinner ended up purchasing bottled beer in evenings at an added cost as the drinks were dire. Hotel grounds were beautiful but our bungalows were quite far from main hotel (711, 713 and 803) so a bit of a walk back to your bungalow if you were by the pool. Pools -
were lovely, one baby pool, one deep pool and one thigh height.
Rooms were ok. Nothing as glamorous as the pictures and did have a couple of issues that were sorted by reception but this did not ruin our stay.
Nothing local to hotel so you do need to get taxis into Yasmin Medina but these were relatively cheap.
Did the Quad bike sunset through the hotel tour guide ("Lovely Jublee") and this was good.
The hotel does need to improve but it's the animation team and the friendly attentive waiters that keep the guests happy. They all work extremely long hours with a smile on their faces. Big Big shout out to Aladdin who was part of the animation team. You definitely made our holiday, always happy and energetic. Had some lovely chats learning about life in Tunisia. We will defo miss you! Always went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. For this reason, our holiday at this hotel was a memorable one!
