Very relaxing place
阿尔迪卡兰博斯格如波酒店公寓的点评
点评：A weeks stay with my husband staining in apartment 21 on a half board basis.
Booked with Tui and the flight a d transfer was smooth a stress free.
Arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and we were the only couple to check in. So was really surprised at the poor reception/greeting we received from the front desk. Man with beard and young girl both were disinterested and didn’t create a good first impression for us.
Apartment was lovely, good layout and everything we needed. Surprisingly had a private sun terrace on the top. Accommodation was spotless!
Air conditioning in the living space was ok but the bedroom unit wasn’t great and we really struggled to sleep at night. We did have a maintenance guy to look at it to no avail, it didn’t improve. We did ask reception twice if they could lend us an electric fan but again the customer service on reception weren’t helpful at all.
Breakfast and evening food was amazing and the service staff in the dining room worked really hard and were just so courteous. We did eat out a couple of times in the harbour though just for a change.
Access to the beach is just so easy opposite the bar area. We never used the x2 pools as we prefer the beach but they looked really nice and you weren’t stuck for a bed at any time.
Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
