Laguna On Muri Beach的点评
点评：Firstly I’d like to start off by saying the food wasn’t half bad. The front of house on the other hand were terrible. My partner and I arrived around 7:40pm after checking in at the Moana sands lagoon which is apart of this restaurant. We were turned away to be told they were fully booked out.This was odd to us as there was many free tables and about 4-5 tables that were occupied. We than thought to return and order to bring food back to our rooms as the room service dial wasn’t working. That’s when they awkwardly sat us down on a table realising we were guests to the Moana sands resort. They only allowed us to select certain things on the menu and wouldn’t even do a side of fries. Further to this they were Filipino and would talk Tagalog in front of us thinking I didn’t understand. What a terrible first impression but also A disgusting way to treat guests. Caught out in a lie!! Never returned and never used room service. Such a shame as the resort is actually quite nice and the restaurant is always quite empty. I wonder why....
