点评：A pity that, as an organisation responsible for the welfare of animals, no thought has been given to the needs of visitors with dogs. Vast car park, none of it shady. People like us, from hundreds of miles away staying in self catering accommodation cannot leave the dog at home. The only caution on the website is that 'dogs can die in hot cars.' As responsible dog owners, we know that! We found ONE space between trees, left windows open and water. We asked if we could pop out to check and we're declined entry. The compromise was that my disabled wife went in on her own and I returned to (a very cool) car. We had paid in advance but no-one was available from senior management to authorise a refund. Why not provide shady shelters on the car park or even refrain from uprooting all the trees? Dog owners need to avoid this attraction. Even assistance dogs are banned.
