Excellent location with nice greenary inside
肯塞斯棕榈海滩迎宾酒店的点评
点评：First cons:
- They didn't bother to inform us apriory that swimming pool is under renovation. We were informed just at the time of check-in. It was a great set back for us as my 5 yrs old was very keen for this activity. Not expected from a reputed brand like ITC.
- We were told that as the pool is under renovation, instead we are providing high tea. But it was also not upto the mark. They did put tea/coffee on the house but other snacks were not on the house. They just brought from some where with just 2 pieces per head. Never seen this kind of high tea in any 5*. It was really funny.
- Spotted stray dogs inside the property which is dangerous for kids.
Pros:
+ Location is awesome, just on the palm beach. Although Palm beach is itself not so clean.
+ Rooms were spacious with big sitting area outside the room.
+ Breakfast buffet spread was nice with good amount variety. Most interesting part was they provided apple/grapes/oranges as fruit options other than regular papaya and watermelon.
Overall nice property for a weekend trip.
