点评：We were really looking forward to this experience and left our hotel at 04.45 am to make sure we arrived at the booking office before 07.00 am, so we could get on one of the first "jeeps". We got there at 06.15 am and were 5th in the queue.The first thing we saw was the price list on the window which gives different prices for indian nationals and foreigners! (Still common practice in India). The price for our party of 4 was 4000 rupees and I think the web site had told us around1500Rs.I reached the ticket window and asked for a jeep for four "foreigners". He waved me aside to serve others behind me. Another foreigner then told me they would fill a large bus before selling jeeps.Finally they filled the 2 busses and we were given a ticket for a jeep. We loaded up, including a guide and almost immediately were shown 2 elephants, on tethers, and were told they were training animals. I asked if we could see them closer at the end of the tour, and he said "yes". We never did.We followed the bus in a cloud of dust and soon saw some spotted deer, he stopped for a few seconds then sped off again. Over the next 30 minutes we saw one giant squirrel, the back end of a wild boar, a wild chicken!!, more deer, a peacock and a bird with a long tail. I asked to stop so i could get a better look and was told to get back in immediately. I gestured to turn the engine off so we could hear bird calls, but were again ignored.Soon we reached the main road where the non paying public were passing through and saw more deer, some monkeys at a distance and another peacock.We got back in less than an hour feeling dissapointed and cheated.I know there is no guarantee of seeing animals on any safari, but the organisation of this was unprofessional, sloppy and a waste of our day. There are so many simple things that could be done to make this better but don't bother going till they do.
