点评：I do not understand why this is a 4* hotel. The man on reception when we arrived, a small group of 12 people, was abrupt to the point of rudeness. Firstly our rooms: no tea/coffee making facilities, no bedside lights, no tissues, and, as we were advised not to drink the tap water, there was only bottled water for which we had to pay. Some of our group had no hot water for the first few days. The building is vast but there are no lifts. The food was extremely disappointing. Instant watery mashed potatoes, the small omelette had a weird sort of white sauce with it, chicken drumsticks which were grey, the sauce was grey and the potatoes were grey and it was lukewarm on very cold plates. Sadly except for the last night the food was awful., I think our dissatisfaction was made known! When there was a wedding we were unable to use the terrace, the courtyard and parts of the dining room were out of bounds. We were told we could not order drinks at the bar and had to order from the dining room which we were allowed to use. As I said the hotel is vast and there is plenty of room for a wedding without inconveniencing the other guests. There was never anyone in the bar to serve drinks so we had to go to reception to fetch someone. The lovely infinity pool was emptied on the day after the wedding which was a great shame but I suppose the photo opportunity was over. The staff in the dining room and the cleaning staff were lovely. If you are going for a wedding I am sure it’s worth it but sadly our group felt very much like second class citizens!
