McDonald's的点评
点评：I placed an order late last night with this shambles of a McDonalds. It took over an hour to arrive and the Just Eat driver said that the order had been sitting down at McDonalds for over 40 minutes before he was sent out with it. I am unsure if he was covering up his slow delivery or not. The food was cold and the ice creams had melted as well.
I travelled down to McDonalds to get the food replaced or get a refund. The obnoxious manager refused to give a refund or replace the food and was blaming the Just Eat driver for it being cold. After more discussion he said that the food would be recooked so I was happy with that.
When the order was remade there were two items missing from the original order so I had to wait on them being made again and allegedly the burgers were going to be kept warm while the two remaining items were being prepared.
After a 2 minutes driver back to the house I opened up the burgers and guess what, the burgers were still cold but at least the chips were warm. On further inspection of the burgers they felt like rubber as if the same burgers had just been reheated slightly and had cooled down again.
The burgers were not eaten so they are going back to them today
If you want to avoid potential food poisoning then do not go to this establishment. The staff could do with some training on customer service as it looked as if they did not want to be there. Not a very nice place indeed.
Avoid this disgusting McDonalds at all costs.
