点评：My wife and I were visiting Sollefteå while on a business trip to Sweden.
We ate several times and each time, the food was excellently prepared and very tasty. The family that owns and runs the restaurant take great pride in the dinner service and food preparation.
I had the Blue Mussels in garlic sauce that were so fresh and a rich flavor. The owner told me that they were ‘generous’ with their portion size of mussels, and he wasn’t kidding!
My wife had the Sautéed Chicken Breast in Pea and Lime Sauce that went together in a delicious and smooth combination. The roasted potatoes had a really nice crisp and a deep potato flavor sprinkled with salt, garlic, and a bit of thyme.
While the menu is obviously in Swedish, they expertly translated it into English and even offered us his phone with Google translator to read it for ourselves.
If you ever happen to be in this part of Sweden, you must visit the Grill House in downtown Sollefteå!
