点评:I had read the reviews about the new ownership being poor but hadn’t quite expected what I got. I arrived to get a takeaway and got ignored so asked if they were still serving. Wasn’t sure because they were all just talking and music blasting. They were still open, but the guy that served didn’t crack a smile or give eye contact, just said ‘what do you want’ so I ordered and then he just told me the cost, again no smile or eye contact. I actually took the rudeness as a challenge and decided to be overly nice and asked how he was and if he had had a good day and was looking forward to the end of it, he just looked at me and completely ignored me and just walked away. Haven’t even had my food yet but it doesn’t matter whether it is good or not, having been coming here for over 10 years I will never come here again due to the complete rudeness of the staff. If you don’t want to do customer service, don’t buy a customer facing business or employ such rude people!
