点评：Great pool but clearly very severe problem with staffing
Visited in school holidays and no slides were open and no baby pool, this has been the case on at least 8 out 10 visits in past few weeks. We are regular visitors of this pool.
Price has also increased to £12 for a family ticket from £10 but with less on offer I feel this is a bit rich, if you don’t open slides etc maybe there should have been a financial difference as it’s not the customers fault you can’t staff your pool correctly to allow it to fully operate.
Anyway pool is generally clean, as are changing rooms, maybe they need to pay staff more or treat them better then that would solve half of it being closed.
Staff in general are polite, however seem to have different training as 1 life guard allowing a shark toy and another not! But that’s minor, we all experience jobs worth’s from time to time.
