点评：Simon is a superb barber. His cuts are sharp, consistent, and strike the right balance between traditional technique and a modern finish. He keeps fewer appointments (which means more focus on quality) and it really shows.
The full team of three all bring their own style and attention to detail, so whatever style you are after, you can find it here.
His wife Emese runs the new coffee bar, and the coffee is outstanding. It is smooth, strong, and priced competitively. The setup is unique, and designed for speed (no waiting behind food orders), just excellent coffee to grab and go.
The whole place has a retro mechanics workshop feel that works perfectly. It is stylish, characterful, and very well put together.
If you want a proper haircut and great coffee from people who care about what they do, this is the only place to go.
