点评：Accosted today for using the toilets in Rubens heswall. I am a bus driver serving heswall every morning 6 days a week. I treat my self to a pot of tea and toast every Saturday morning. At £5.45 bit expensive but hey …!
Today the owner said toilets only for customers so pointed out I am ( or was) and then she backtracked and said “if only you asked” Pointed out I used to ask each time only to be told by the friendly staff that “ its ok no need to ask” I asked if it was a problem then said ok i will leave it if it bothers you. I also said ( petty i know but …) said i will stop recommending you to passengers and suggest to other drivers to not use you as we want to work and promote the community we work in but didn’t realise the amount of bad reviews on Rubens web site so I appear to be not alone. Overpriced, rude , bad management but your choice this is just my opinion and don’t usually review unless positive.
