点评：Absolutely terrible.
We ordered two starters and three mains, one starter arrived and all the mains at the same time. The other starter never even arrived. One of the mains was covered in burger sauce that we said no too and the roast dinner was swimming in gravy that we couldn’t taste anything else. It looked awful,
When we complained I was told it was a “miscommunication” between the staff and the kitchen.
When we complained we got lip service.
All we got told was we’ll take the cost of the starter off, the starter we couldn’t eat because all the mains arrived at the same time.
We were then told it was the waiters 3rd shift and not his fault.
Food, service, communication of the waiting staff absolutely awful. Is go somewhere else.
A night that we thought would be lovely we were out of the restaurant in less than 40mins and not one person could say anything nice or do a gesture of goodwill.
