点评:We had an incredible meal here and it isn’t often we take to Trip Advisor to review it but felt we needed to! It is absolutely clear that the chef team who curate and deliver the menu at this restaurant have an affinity with flavours and textures. We aren’t professional food critics but the meals we were presented with were worthy of awards! The Supreme Chicken dish was incredibly diverse in flavour and texture, the chicken was tender and cooked perfectly, the chorizo sausage was an amazing addition to the dish but the highlight piece for me (and this surprised me!) was the sweetcorn! I have never eaten sweetcorn prepared and cooked like this before and was so impressed by the surprise of it that we asked the chef if he would be happy to share some secrets. Leighton was very happy to share! (You’ll have to find out for yourself ;-)) and then to learn Leighton is a trainee chef and working with a small team after being a man down tonight!! What a credit to your team he is, he should be graduated to head chef as soon as possible!
