点评：I went in yesterday with my excited 5-year-old. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the rude behavior of the owner. My child, thrilled to be there, brought her scooter inside. The owner bluntly said, “watch my GLASS, I don’t want that thing in here, it’s not a skate park.”
Speaking to my young child in such a manner was incredibly disappointing and left her bitterly sad. While the ice cream looked amazing, I couldn’t bring myself to support a business that treats its customers this way. We won’t be returning. The front of the shop was open and my little girls face was so disappointed it was enough to upset me.
My suggestion is that a sign asking politely no scooters. Noting this was said when the little pink scooter was in my hand not being rode around her shop.
If someone crosses step, staff can politely point to the sign. Or just ask ‘please can the scooter be left outside’
Such a shame, attitude costs nothing.
