Saint George Palace Hotel All-Inclusive的点评
点评：I don't recommend it! Bad impressions started from the moment of arrival. We arrived at 12 o'clock and were told to wait until 2 o'clock to be accommodated. There's no changing room. People changedj in the toilets so they can at least access the pool i order to avoid dying from boredom while waiting because you are not allowed to consume anything until you're accommodated. You're left sitting and hoping your phone battery lasts. Finally, at 2:30, after a dispute involving a family with a small child who had also been waiting for hours, we were finally accommodated! I liked my room! 2 out of 4 doors in the room don't close properly, but still, it's pleasant and cozy. The TV has a flat screen but it's super small. Overall, the hotel is nice, looks good, but bare in mind its far from what u see at the pictures. There aren't enough umbrellas at the pool. The food is extremely repetitive and boring. 80% of the food repeats at every meal, with only a few different dishes here and there. I've been to other 3-star hotels with much better food! They have some absurd policy - beer in large glasses, but water in small ones. In other words, if you don't drink alcohol, you get a tiny glass for water, which you finish in one sip and then have to go back over and over again, all day long, practically serving yourself as a waiter with countless rounds of water, haha. Ridiculous! If you like carbonated drinks, but need to watch your sugar - sorry, no soda for breakfast - they keep it behind the bar, and the bar opens at 11, hahaha. The problem with the "shot" glasses persists, as beer is cheaper than water and soda, so it's served in large glasses, hahaha. A farce! Much of the staff is around 18 years old, and when you complain to them, they just shrug and send you to the "boss." Of course, we all know the "boss" makes decisions, but the connection between the boss and the client is through the staff, who should relay the issues, not just redirect you! It's our first time in St. Vlas, and I'm not 100% sure about the location, but it's probably fine. Despite the hotel's pros, I wouldn't visit again due to this absurd policy and the boring, repetitive, and often tasteless food!
