点评:Not had an Indian for a little while so ordered from Pink Garlic tonight.
Came to £30 for us two. Collected it but found no Peshwari Nan when my husband got home. Rang them to tell them, and they said they'd send one when a driver comes in, but couldn't say how long, so my husband went back for it. He also told them he didn't get our 10% discount for collection, but was told that it's only for cash! He said it doesn't say that on your menu, just "10% all orders over £25" T&c applies" She said it's in the T&Cs. Who reads those on a menu! How about just saying "10% off order over £25 if Paying Cash"!!
Surely, that's a lot clearer.
She did offer a free Nan next time, but there won't be a next time.
A good will gesture for forgetting our Nan, having to go back again for it while our meal goes cold, and not giving the 10% off would have made a difference and we would have ordered again.
Not good customer service.
