点评：I heard of this Brook & Pines Microbrewery & Grill restaurant serving Craft Beer while we were holidaying in Parwanoo. It was 30km from our place in Parwanoo, approx. one hour travel time by car. Turn left on Kasauli road from before Dharampur while going towards Shimla on NH5. Go 5.3km to reach Garkhal. Turn right on Garkhal Kanda road to drive 4km to reach the Brook & Pines Microbrewery & Grill located inside the Kasauli Hills Resort. On weekend it is advice to book your table in restaurant. Parking is on the road, Golf Cart takes you down to the restaurant inside the resort. The restaurant is located in the lush green valley amidst pine trees and clouds going over you. They have both indoor and alfresco seating. We preferred alfresco sitting to feel the surroundings in the hills. The Micro-Brewery was visible form the sitting area. The bartender described the types of Craft Beer they make. They offered the sample taste of two types. We ordered one of that in 1.5litre Picher. Along with that we had snacks like Paneer Tikka, Spring Rolls etc. & Pizzas. We tried some more unique Cocktails they make. We were there for 2 hours, enjoyed the Craft Beer & Food they served. Over all a very unique experience in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh. The restaurant is in Kasauli Hills Resort, one can stay there and enjoy the holidays.
