点评：My husband and I have gone to SAO multiple times since they opened, after Irma. It has always been a pleasure eating and be able to interact with staff and owner. However, the last time we were there we asked for drinks ( my husband asked for a lychee martins and I asked for a regular Martini). His Martini wasn’t good as before ( the waitress- Sarah- explained they didn’t have the traditional Lychee licor - which we understood. However, my vodka martini was whatered down badly. So, we decided to ask for 2 more drinks: my husband asked for a Manhattan and I asked fir a Moscow mule. When the waitress brought us the drinks we were in shock: the Moscow mule didn’t have any vodka or flavor and the Manhattan, was a pinkish drink without any taste - completely watered down. My husband and I expressed how displeased we were with the drinks and the waitress - manager- came on to us aggressively, yelling at us justifying that their ice machine was Brocken and that’s is why the drinks were bad. From our perspective as costumers the waitress/ manager behavior was awful and disrespectful!! If the restaurant had a problem with their ice machine upon customers requested drinks she should have mentioned the machine problem and offered us wine, instead!! But getting upset tat the customer for their inadequacy was, simply, abnoxious, let alone yelling at my husband and I as if we owe her something. It was a very sad night and I hope she understand that treating customers so disrespectful is very bad not only fir her but fir her employer.
