点评：My friend and I, two women traveling together, reached our accommodation and checked into a room on the ground floor. Shortly after, I went outside to capture some pictures of the garden, only to discover the host surreptitiously peering into our window. He wasn't just casually looking; he was actively concealing himself behind the window and intruding into our room's privacy. Alarmed, I returned to our room and observed the host once again, this time from the bathroom window.
Deeply disturbed by this unsettling situation, I promptly contacted the customer service of the booking platform we used, and we decided to vacate the premises. We requested a refund, but the establishment adamantly denied our refund request. Furthermore, the host unjustly marked us as a "no-show," preventing us from sharing our experience through a review.
As a woman, I find it disheartening that such incidents can still occur in 2023, and it left us in a state of fear and discomfort during our stay. Even after three months, we have not received our money back. In hindsight, involving law enforcement might have been necessary, given the severity of the situation. This experience was incredibly distressing and left us deeply dissatisfied.
