When it came back (over 15 minutes later) it was so hot that it couldn't be eaten and the salmon was virtually inedible (hint - you can't re-heat salmon without ruining it - any half-decent chef would know that). How can a restaurant in a prime position in a holiday village where people want to spend money get it so badly wrong.
